This grand Victorian double brick house has been a treasured home for only a handful of families since it was built in 1888.

The current owners of Pekina fell in love with its character and were inspired to emphasise the Victorian design with a mix of ornate and modern features.

Character-filled, it boasts soaring 3.7m high ceilings, which have been beautifully decorated with ceiling roses. The decorative plasterwork, leadlight window entry and wide central hallway with bespoke wall sconces, floor to ceiling wardrobes and designer pendant lighting strike the perfect balance between timeless and contemporary.
