Al and Imo are a husband and wife duo with 2 beautiful daughters who are building their dream lifestyle one project at a time. ​

The Good Day House is part of their journey, a modern, all-electric, 7.5-star, energy-efficient family home designed & built from ground up by local designer/builder Sherriff Constructions and situated in the beautiful seaside town of Torquay, VIC, about 5 minutes from Iconic Bells Beach. ​

Al, is a Carpenter and Furniture Maker and has a minimalist and functional style of making. Imogen is a Designer and Content Creator. With their combined passion for design and hard work, they not only started a furniture making business, but have been able to utlisilise their skills to make their dream home come to life while documenting the journey. As lovers of good design and sustainable living, crafting a beautiful and functional home was a top priority. The Good Day House uses minimalist design while incorporating some bold features including colour.
